This hotel has an ideal location in the Mala Strana. fairly close to the Charles Bridge. It lies to a quiet space where it is possible to park a car (We did not have a car, but this is apparently one of very few hotels where it is possible). We had a standard room only but it was good space,...

Absolutely loved this place! It has to be the most unusual decor for a hotel room that I have ever personally stayed in and I have stayed in a LOT!. Just go to their website and check out the pics for yourself. Well located, thoroughly recommended.

Set in peaceful Mala Strana next to the Park with its resident peacocks, it is perfect for seeing the sights, and easy to get to from Malostranska Metro. Kafka museum around the corner with its odd fountain, Charles Bridge and Na Kampe (fans of Mission Impossible will head here) straight ahead. To the right and up the hill is the...

Great hotel, totally worth the price and the location ins excellent. The staff was kind and the breakfast included is way beyond what you will expect from an European hotel. Definitely will considered it for my next trip. One observation, the 3rd floor rooms could use a little more illumination.

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighbourhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighbourhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighbourhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
