Nice and tidy hotel. Good location as metro is only a couple of blocks away. Wifi (free) works well in room. Space reserved for breakfast is small and you may have to wait to get a seat. Basic hotel breakfast, sausages, scrambled eggs, bread, cereal, juice, coffee etc. Room doors are thin and sounds of any activity in the hallway...

Nice place with nice people. 40 min by foot from city centre. Room and bathroom was ok as well as breakfast. Free wifi in the whole hotel. Just two little problems: - if you take a shower in the "rush hour" (in our case, around 8.30) the water will be cold (the receptionist told us it was "normal"....) - by...

The location is a bit out of the centre but the tram is a block away and if you like to walk you are 20 minu a from the old town. This is a residential area so it is less touristy than downtown. Lots of bars and lots of restaurants. Just down th street is a beautiful park. The breakfast...

Thank you so much! It's just very nice, that you had such a great stay and we are very happy that you find Anna Hotel well located. We totally agree with you! Because we are not located in the touristic center, but still close enough to walk there. Also the restaurants and bars in our neighborhood are just so much...

Anna hotel is situated very close to the local metro station and tram stops, we had a lovely few days break here. Room was clean, comfortable and bright, staff very friendly and helpful. Nice quiet hotel, would definitely recommend it and come back again.

The location is quiet and located off the main touristy area -- which was great. The room is clean and well-lit. The wifi is spotty. My mother and I relied on wifi to help us plan our days and navigate Prague, and I often had to stand in the lobby for the wifi to work. We had issues if we...

I booked this to be close to a venue for one night but otherwise would not stay in this area or in this hotel. At £69 (79 Euro) it offered only the most basic functional accommodation and does not represent good value for money. The location is poor other than it is easy to access the city by tram. Breakfast...

Stayed here for 4 nights with my partner and both were impressed with the hotel - comfortable, very clean/well maintained, friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. Just outside the main town but only a 10 minute walk from the metro, bus and tram stop, then 10 minutes to the majority of main attractions. Fair selection of bars/resturants within easy walking distance,...

It was a very nice stay in a very good hotel. We were able to have (very) early check-in and late check-out. Our room had a view at the Castle and Petřín Hill. The hotel is in a walking distance from the city centre or you can take an underground (1-2 stations to the city centre). The service provided by...

Had a great stay at the well managed Hotel Anna. Room was large, spacious and spotlessly clean; bathroom was modern with a great shower, and breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. Easily walkable into town (30 min walk to Town Hall). Our stay was made all the more enjoyable by the great staff at the hotel - all...

The people on reception were very friendly and helpful - they will even supply you with tea/coffee making facilities if you request them. They even managed to lend us an adaptor plug as we brought the wrong one with us....thank you! The hotel itself was very clean and tidy. The bedroom was really good with a huge bed and high...

Staying in Vinohrady & Vrsovice

Neighbourhood Profile
Vinohrady & Vrsovice
Compared to the medieval heart of Prague, this neighbourhood standing on former vineyards developed very quickly in the first decades of the 19th century. Today, it is the place where everyone wants to live, and those who do, are proud of it. With its amazing parks, classicist houses, terrace cafés, artsy bars, cozy restaurants, markets, and vintage and trendy shops, it is a home for people from all around the world. This area blends expats, families, bohemian students and Prague’s hip community. It is a great place for breakfast in the morning, the best lunch places and a buzzing night life. After sundown, stroll down to Vršovice, the new center of the hipster, alternative and gay scenes in Prague.
