Nice clean hotel in a good location. Staff very friendly. Breakfast area a little 'tight' for space. Woken on 2 nights by noisy revellers outside in early hours, even on the 5th Floor!

Fell like a local when visiting Prague, and stay in the Anna Hotel in Vinohrady district. Good location, 5 min walk from Náměstí Míru subway station. Don’t be put off by that it’s a very calm and quiet area and feels very secure even at night. It’s in the Vinohrady district, a beautiful residential area of Prague., and it’s well...

Arrived at prague approx 9.45 after an extremely smooth flight with easyjet. We were met at the airport by a lovely lady prebooked via the hotel who soon delivered us to the Anna. Booked in with a warm friendly receptionist room on 5th floor so a trip in the infamous lift was undertaken. No problem , great room quick unpack and...

The old addage of 'you get what you pay for' is complete hogwash as this hotel will attest. We planned to more than twice the cost of staying here until I discovered it on Tripadvisor. This is a well run, low cost hotel in an interesting neighbourhood. The lift is compact and the rooms are not palatial but at £50...

Hotel Anna is a reasonably priced three-star hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Takes about 10-15 minutes of tram or metro to get to town centre but not far away. Good eateries around and one pub underneath the hotel. About 70 euros for a triple room.

Anna is in an upscale district just outside the normal tourist centers. Nearest subway is Namesti Miru where the national museum is at one end of Wencelas Square. The walk to the subway is ~5 minutes. Area is safe to walk around at night with children. Rooms were clean, large and more like a suite. Our room had a vestibule...

The hotel is in a quiet area and conveniently situated for the metro. It is very clean and the rates were very good compared to other hotels we looked at. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were helpful - particularly one of the breakfast staff who got out all the food again especially for us when we arrived an hour...

We had a great time at Anna Hotel. The hotel has a great location in the city and good access to both metro and trams. We stayed there for 3 nights and after 2 nights off to the country we returned for 2 more nights. We stayed in 2 different rooms. Both were lovely decorated. The staff is pleasant. The...

Staying in Vinohrady & Vrsovice

Neighbourhood Profile
Vinohrady & Vrsovice
Compared to the medieval heart of Prague, this neighbourhood standing on former vineyards developed very quickly in the first decades of the 19th century. Today, it is the place where everyone wants to live, and those who do, are proud of it. With its amazing parks, classicist houses, terrace cafés, artsy bars, cozy restaurants, markets, and vintage and trendy shops, it is a home for people from all around the world. This area blends expats, families, bohemian students and Prague’s hip community. It is a great place for breakfast in the morning, the best lunch places and a buzzing night life. After sundown, stroll down to Vršovice, the new center of the hipster, alternative and gay scenes in Prague.
