Great location. Metro station is 2 min walk and 10 min walk to the Karl's bridge. Of course for 50 euros per night they should have provided with shampoo and conditioner of the lotion. One block from the hotel there is a supermarket Billa, where is the cheapest way to buy things. For 3 days I had a bed sheets...

My wife and I enjoyed five nights in this very comfortable hotel. The room was very large and clean. The location of this hotel is perfect in my opinion. You are steps away from major subway routes as well as bus routes. The hotel staff manages the reception desk 24/7. The price we paid was well worth it!

The hotel is perfetly located just around the corner of Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí).Downtown is just a 10 minutes walk away and the metro station Muzeum is in close proximity. The interior of the rooms is rather simple but I did not miss anything. In fact the room was larger than any room that I had in Prague before. The...

We had a taxi booked for 8.45am, to take us to the train station as it was raining. The taxi failed to turn up,so the very kind receptionist, put on his walking shoes and helped carry our bags to the station. Above and beyond any call of duty. Thank you Hotel Museum. Hotel is good value for money...

Stayed in this hotel twice in April-May 2016. Compared to other options in Prague, this hotel is good value for money. Pros: Rooms were huge - good for a family. Get a room facing the interior garden - very quiet. Staff were friendly and breakfast quite good. Great location near the train station and 10 minutes walk to old town...

Basic room with en suite in a great location. Close to National Museum and Wenceslas Square. A bed and breakfast with basic amenities at a really reasonable price. Close to the 22 tram, the red line metro and a walk down hill to the Old Town Square. It is quiet and has a nice little garden courtyard.

Stayed here with some friends, the hotel was very close to wenceslas square, but far enough away to not hear any noise. The rooms were much larger then we imagined, with plenty of wardrobe space and a fridge. We enjoyed breaksfast which was a mix of bread/toast, sausages, egg, meat and cheese. Breakfast was served over a couple of hours...

Me and my brother went on a trip to beautiful Prague last summer, and Hotel Museum is a great place to stay for location and a quiet night's sleep. Nice spacious room, decent enough breakfast (your typical European continental stuff), nice friendly staff and a perfect location next to the National Museum and Wenceslas Square. It was surprising how quiet...

You can reach the hotel by taking a bus connection to the underground subway and get off at Muzeum Stop. The hotel is located just around the corner of Wenceslas Square and directly across from The National Museum on Mezibranska Road. When we arrived, the 24 hr. front desk buzzed us in. There's a computer for the guests to use,...

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
