We loved our stay at the Aria hotel. The location is perfect - near all the sights on the Lesser Town side, but very quiet during the night. The room was clean and well appointed, and the staff was very helpful. We also ate once at the Coda restaurant in the hotel and the food was excellent. We would recommend...

Perfect hotel in a great location. Situated in the Lesser Town area and 5 minutes walk to Charles Bridge. Rooms spacious with large well stocked bathroom. Bed was huge and comfortable though the pillows were a bit soft for me. PC in room so could check emails, weather etc. Fruit basket in room when we arrived. Free bottled water daily...

We were supposed to stay at the Mandarin Oriental however due to some problems there we were transferred to their little sister Aria hotel. On any other occasion this would have been a disappointment however, not with Aria. The receptionists were friendly, polite and charming. Ready to run the extra mile to make you as comfortable as possible with a...

We stayed in Aria hotel in December 2012. We were moved there from Mandarin Oriental as it was overbooked for official visit, and while we were not thrilled at the first place by this change, the Aria hotel became a very pleasant discovery and we didn't regret at all after we entered the hotel and the room. Excellent location, walking...

We stayed @ Aria Prague mid December 2013 and we can only conclude... an amazing hotel in an amazing city! Although the hotel doesn't look impressive from the outside, it's just top class! The staff runs the extra mile for you, always with a smile. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The food is of the best quality...

We stayed at the Aria as we couldn't book our normal hotel, the BW Royal Palace. My first contact with the hotel was via their online chat facility, excellent service and resolved my queries. We arrived around 10.45pm and found the checking-in procedure fairly seamless. The bar was open and first impressions superseded my expectations. Breakfast was 'continental' but additional...

I stayed at Aria from Jan 30, 2013 to Feb 1, 2013. It was an amazing experience, from the moment they send a chauffeur to pick us up at Vienna the service was amazing. Everyone was very nice and attentive to our needs, specially the concierge during our stay. They even offered us an upgrade just to make sure we...

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in November 2012. Staff is extremely attentive and very friendly. Location was great; away from the bustle but close enough to walk the cobblestone streets. Our room was spacious and have every amenity. We did not want to leave. We booked three nights in the Aria Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful of any hotel I have experienced and quite rightly take great pride in the establishment and communicate real enthusiasm for their jobs and for the City of Prague. The location of the hotel could not be bettered...

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighbourhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighbourhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighbourhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
