We stayed here for three nights, including our wedding anniversary. Because we booked online, direct with the hotel rather than using a booking service, and stayed at least three nights, the hotel provide free transport from the airport. We got off the plane with our luggage, and there was a guy waiting for us with our names on his board....

My husband and I have just returned from a 3 nights stay at this lovely hotel for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. I decided to book direct and would definitely recommend it as you receive little extras. Our booking included a free transfer from the airport which we found especially useful as this was our first trip to Prague, bath robes...

We booked 2 x junior suites at this hotel for 4 days. Our suite was superb. Very spacious, light and beautifully furnished. My sister's 'suite' was very disappointing. There was no sofa as described on their web site. The room was smaller and because it was a top floor room it had velux style windows in the ceiling. The 'curtains'...

Oh what a lovely hotel! We stayed for 3 nights but paid for 2 nights. Service was fantastic, really friendly people on reception and throughout our stay. One man in particular, I think his name was Michael, so smiley and helped my when I needed a pencil sharper for my eyebrow pencil, which I don't think he understood why I...

We visited hotel Seven Days as a family and made reservations for a family room. Upon arrival, management explained our room was not available for the first night only. They offered us their largest normal room and added two rollaway beds. Additionally, we were compensated with a free three course family dinner, inclusive of all drinks. The next day we...

I love this hotel, stayed there recently for the second time and got an upgrade, the hotel itself is in a great location, very handy to get to the metro and by public transport from the airport, there are plenty of bars close by with very reasonable prices, the bar in the hotel itself also has very good prices, hotel...

Rooms are quite good. Service is top class. Only down side is location as this is at some distance from the old town but there is a tram station nearby. Also this is more or less walkable from the railway station. Breakfast is adequate without being spectacular...much better than normal Europe standards anyways. They strictly prohibit smoking even though there...

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
