We had a great stay at this hotel. It is very conveniently located, the tram stop is just outside the hotel. The decor is quite outdated but for the price we can't complain! Hotel felt very safe and staff were very helpful.

Very good value for money. Great choice of breakfast items. Staff very friendly and helpful and shop nearby very handy for snacks and drinks. Rooms are very basic but very clean. Tram stop is right outside for easy access to the city centre.

Helpful and friendly reception and breakfast room staff. Excellent English. Room - massive! We were on the 3rd floor in room 31. A double bed, 2 singles and a sofa bed. Hotel is located in Prague 3 but it's very easy to get to the town centre by trams, we are usually getting 3 day ticket and we can travel as much as we can. Hotel is basic with self service breakfast, staff is very helpful and offer good exchange rates, rooms are quite spacious. Bathroom clean and pretty quiet, always...

However the worst thing was that the HEATING DIDNT WORK in my room (with -4 outside). Day receptionist (that was really friendly) gave me an external heating but it didnt really...

My first impression of the hotel from the reception area was that it looked a bit tired and shabby but I was not disappointed by the room, staff or facilities. The room was clean and comfortable with a fridge, microwave and lots of hot water. The breakfast was plentiful with a good selection of traditional and local food and very...

The rooms are spacious but the breakfast area is small and sometimes full (you have to wait). The reception staff is helpful and polite. The location is a bit far from the center. Just outside the hotel is a tram stop. The old town is four stops away and the main train station two.
