Nice clean hotel, good location. We were in an attic room with skylight window, no view of street. Unable to book dinner as no reservations during our few days stay which was disappointing. Bar area small. Breakfast very average lacking good choice. The food self service area is at the entrance to the restaurant with folk coming and going from outside looking for tables. Curious use of tea plates to use for breakfast and some guests having items not from self service like omelettes.Was not made aware other items were available by staff.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. We arrived late and tired to warm smiles and a free glass of cava at the bar. Our room was spotless and a great size. Breakfast was fabulous. So many different things to choose from and the staff work so hard. The lattes are amazing. Great location. We walked loads but also many trams to choose from if we wanted to go further afield and just round the corner. One niggle, our room was boiling but they did turn the heating off when we asked (although it took a day to cool down). Bathroom spotless and the room was so quiet. Wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Well done and a massive Thank You!!!

Stayed here for a city break with my daughter. Beautiful hotel, very clean with friendly, helpful staff. Being able to get a table at the hotel restaurant was an added bonus with delicious food and excellent service at very reasonable prices. Would recommend booking in advance for the restaurant and would definitely stay at the hotel again.

This historic hotel is perfectly located near the old Town Square. The hotel itself is full of Art Deco decor with an enchanting restaurant attached. The staff were very friendly. The only complaint is the brevity of my visit.

I am a pretty regular guest here. It's a historic property with gorgeous and spacious art déco rooms and publich spaces, nice staff, very good breakfast in the brethtaking setting of "Café Imperial". Will stay here over and over again when the rate is affordable (which it often is).

Lovely hotel ideally situated approx 10mins from Old Town Square. Execellent breakfast and cosy bar for the evening. Only comment we'd make is that if you're a light sleeper request a room to the rear as the passing trams can be a bit noisy
