A good hotel, very clean, with a friendly staff. The location is very convenient, you don't need public transport to get to the historical centre. In the room you have everything you need. Good service at this price.

My friend and I have been traveling through Europe and have been staying at hostels. Expecting this hotel to be a step up from a hostel, we were sorely disappointed. In order to enter and exit the hotel premises, the receptionist has to buzz you in & unlock the door. It's a little inconvenient being stuck outside (though not for... More

Very clean and comfortable hotel. It was quiet which was nice with one English Channel on the TV. Shower was tight but it was acceptable. Watercloset fair size. Room clean beds comfortable however pillows not that great -foam piece pillows. Had to pay for the safe. Not a big deal. Excellent restaurants in the area with local foods and very... More

The rooms were very clean and the bathroom was new and sparkled. Nice new carpeting in rooms and halls. Shower was small but typical for older hotel. Handy outlets at head of bed for charging phone. Staff very friendly and nice breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is an excellent choice in terms of room, breakfast and location. Yes, the shower is tiny, but that is a minor issue considering the wonderful location. It's in a quiet area and yet is located close to tram and bus stops and the metro station that connect to key tourist areas. There is a lot of choice in... More

A comfortable hotel, with helpful staff who speak English Self service breakfast so much to choose from: cereals, yogurts, toast and rolls, fruit, meat, cheese and eggs, plus many varieties of hot drinks and juice. Rooms are comfortable with en-suite and heating. Beds are comfortable too.

I really don't understand the high reviews on TripAdvisor. When you are first buzzed into this hotel (the exterior is locked 24/7), you see prominent TripAdvisor awards from 2013. I certainly did not see anything in the room, facilities, location, or services which would merit an award. I’ve never experienced a smaller shower in all my extensive travels. The shower... More

The room is not big as many before me wrote, but it is very comforta despite that. The breakfast is good, everything is tasty. Also there is two restaurants near the hotel wich... More

The hotel is smaller but very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised. We were in room 201 which is on the backside away from the sun so without A/C the room didn't get too hot. Our room had a desk fan which was adequate for the little time we spent in the room. The... We stayed here just one night - which was a relief as 2 people were in a single room and 3 in a double - this was not the booking! The breakfast was OK. The staff were friendly - but we could not get milk or cold water in the evenings. Very good location, close to the tram and the... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Vinohrady & Vrsovice
Compared to the medieval heart of Prague, this neighbourhood standing on former vineyards developed very quickly in the first decades of the 19th century. Today, it is the place where everyone wants to live, and those who do, are proud of it. With its amazing parks, classicist houses, terrace cafés, artsy bars, cozy restaurants, markets, and vintage and trendy shops, it is a home for people from all around the world. This area blends expats, families, bohemian students and Prague’s hip community. It is a great place for breakfast in the morning, the best lunch places and a buzzing night life. After sundown, stroll down to Vršovice, the new center of the hipster, alternative and gay scenes in Prague.
