This hotel is superbly located right on the edge of old town square, which in December was filled with market stalls, mulled wine vendors and carol singers. My friends and I had the loft room which was spacious and decorated to a pleasant style to suit the room. The hotel provided a very effective space to be used as a...

Location is absolutely brilliant! a few meters out the Hotel Door and your right in the Old Town Square! Very close to St. Charles Bridge also. Didn't need a taxi all week apart from getting to and from the airport which the hotel organised for us. It can be quite load at night time outside due to the location but...

Really pleased with our recent stay at this hotel. Loved the rustic look of the rooms and hotel in general. Breakfast was included in the price and it was adequate. You won't get fried eggs and sausages but fresh bread/rolls, cold meats, cheese, cereal, yogurts and of course tea and coffee. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location could not...

First I want to say that my stay was fantastic. The hotel is in a great location in the heart of Old Town and the staff was very warm and helpful. If you are looking for a hotel with full and updated amenities then this isn't your place. The building is 100's of years old and they have kept the...

This is a great hotel in terms of its location, right next to the Old Town Square. Contacting them before my trip, they organised an airport pick up that was good value. On arrival, the staff were friendly and helpful. As it's an old building, there's no lift so be prepared to climb lots of stairs to get to your...

Right in the heart of the old city, just arround the corner from the astronomical clock. Provided a parking voucher and we were able to park quite close for the 2 days. No need to go looking for private parking. This building is 600 years old! The 7 of us were accommodated in 3 rooms all of which were lovely,...

We had this super awesome room up in the attic, absolutely fantastic. We were there in June and we were glad the room had AC (i believe only the rooms in the attic have AC, but not sure about this). Location is well.. downtown! Nothing better than that. Staff was very nice, breakfast room was very small and had to...

The hotel is situated in excellent location with practically no facility, Some repair work was going on so the entire place was slippery. The staff were as cold as the weather in Prague on 4th oct. the hotel is dark and the staircase is very difficult to climb. This is the only hotel who will charge one euro for a...

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
