Hapimag stands for a nice high quality all over the world and so they do in Prague as well. Some may think it's a little outdated but all is still very clean and well maintained. Perfect location next to the underground station, shops and the many restaurants Prague has to offer. We live the place and will be back!

We stayed here last summer and can recommend it unreservedly. The apartment is clean, spacious and quiet, and it is well appointed. The staff is helpful, and we were within easy walking distance of good restaurants and cafes. The subway is right outside the door, and the price is definitely right!

This was our second time at Hapimag Stadtresidenz Prag. We liked it even better than the first time. Prague is a wonderful city to visit and offers a lot: Culture, history, great restaurants everywere, great views and many of the places you want to visit can be reached on foot. Like all Hapimag Residences this one sits in the best...

We spent a week in an apartment at Hapimag Prague in early May 2014 and found it to be very centrally and conveniently situated, in fact right opposite the Wenceslas staue on the square. The staff were very friendly and helpful in planning our outings around the city.

Hapimag never disappoints and the Prague residence was great. Good location, good service... we had reserved two one room apartments (one handicapped accessible as we were traveling with my elderly grandmother). We were offered rooms with a connecting door, which made our good size apartments into one big space (when we opened the door it became obvious that it hadn't...

Clean, well positioned, nice rooms and really great service from the front desk. Great place to stay in Prague. Easily recommended!!! Close to the old town ( 10 mins walking) and directly on a metro route. One cannot ask for a better position.

From the time I booked I got more and more excited about this location and expected it to be perfect, And the good news, it was! Close to the Museum Metro Station (+-50 metres) with access to the A & C line and one station away from the B line junction. The Trams were about a ten minute walk away...

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.

“The small balconies in the front facing the Wenceslas Square and the Statue are great, but if you like to keep the door open during the night you may be better of with a room to the courtyard. Wenceslas Square is always busy and the Statue a top meeting point for thousands of people per day. If you like it quiet, you will need to close the door to the balcony.”

“We had an inner courtyard balcony which limited privacy and did not have a view of Wenceslas Square. Rooms with a view of Wenceslas Square would be more desirable but they are seemed to be generally smaller units than the one we stayed in.”
