We were supposed to be staying at Billy' lev hotel but on arrival at the hotel and after the transfer taxi had left we were told we had been reallocated to Seifert , bit miffed as we walked quarter of a mile to the hotel but we were really pleased with everything about the accomadation and would definitely recommend it

Clean and good sized room. No channels in english unfortunately.Staff very friendly and helpful- Roman was very good in organising our tours and transport needs. Average breakfast. 20minutes away from Old city. Could possibly get better located hotel

Hotel is a bit far out from tourist attractions. The rooms were small and a bit cramped. We also did not like the fact that we had to go outside the hotel to access our room. Breakfast was generally good and the staff were polite and helpful. The wifi was good

Nice rooms, good hearty breakfast staff were very pleasant and very helpful not too far from the center there are nearby restaurants which are convenient and not expensive, as well as mini markets in the area

This hotel is listed as a 4 star. I would put it at a 3. I dont have any complaints and the price is fair. The safe in the room is key operated and we need received a key but we did not ask to be fair. There's tea and coffee in the rooms as well. It's not very close...

First time in Prague couldn't have picked a nicer hotel rooms were great staff were excellent breakfasts really good and all the staff were very professional and friendly would recommend it to anyone visiting Prague
