Very nice hotel for the price. Everything was clean. Every room has AC. Breakfast was little bit cold, but OK. Reception is open 24/7. Great position near tram stop I.P. Pavlova. Small (map) guides on reception.

It's part of a park area with a number of bars restaurants round the edge, It's also a crossover between tram & metro lines.
