Gorgeous hotel. Very Convenient and close to everything you want to see in Prague. An easy 4 minute walk from the main station where the airport express bus stops. Staff were all lovely and helpful, especially the bar staff who were great. Amazing breakfast options (including waffles!) as an added bonus! Couldn't fault it.

Really beautiful hotel. Employees were really kind and always try to help with everything. I was really happy about breakfast too (included welcome drink as mimosa or Prosecco and there was so many choices of food). The rooms were fully equipped. Included hygiene cosmetic, hairdryer, coffee and tea at the room. The rooms were giving me a feeling to be relaxed. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. I will come back for sure next time

One of the receptionists who ‘served’ us on the evening 30-January-2023 was extremely rude, impolite and unprofessional. When we firstly said hello politely to check in, she just looked at us with a face like we owe her money, no smile, no greeting back. Then she goes very sternly ‘prepare your passport’ like she thinks she works at the passport control. The whole check in process was so awful then I demanded to see her manager and make a compliant. Only then did she start to get scared and apologised reluctantly. I’ve been to 30 countries and this is the WORST experience I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. This hotel needs better and more proper management of their staff.

We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the check-in process and with one trainee of ours. As I promised to you after your early check-out I tried to find out what happenned. I watched the video from our security cameras and I spoke with the other receptionist who replaced the trainee to finish your check-in after she could see you were not satisfied. I was ensured that our trainee was definitely not rude and the footage from security cameras confirms that. I can ensure you that our new employee will be retrained ( eventhough I do have very possitive comments on her from other customers ) and I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay in Grandium Prague. What a pitty you did not talk to me before you checked-out from our hotel as I am sure that we would find a solution that would allow you to have a good time during the rest of your stay with us. Would you decide to give us a second chance in the future we will be happy to provide you with a free ugrade to one of our deluxe rooms and I am convinced that we would do our absolute best to change your mind about Grandium Prague. The hotel is really good. Wonderful breakfast, very clean, comfortable. Friendly and polite employees. I would definitely go to the same hotel again and also recommend to other people. Localization is also good, the hotel is not far from the old town. Thanks for the great experience.

Had the best stay at this beautiful hotel, we came for just the weekend and will most definitely be coming back. Rooms were lovely, warm and comfortable, bathrobes were provided plus bath/shower gel, shampoo/condioner etc. Cocktails in Lobby Bar are amazing and dinner in main restaurant very good and all at a reasonable price. The hotel is situated in the heart Prague and just minutes walking distance for many main attractions..staff were lovely and extremely helpful...I can't fault this hotel enough and would thoroughly recommend...I would say though a few more English tv channels other than news would be good although it's not a major problem.

The hotel is ideally located a few minutes walk from main attractions such as the national museum and the main plaza. The room and all hotel areas were super neat and comfortable. The staff thrived to make us feel like home and were always friendly. And helpful. They even gave my boyfriend a card and gift for his birthday ❤️. The breakfast had lots of variety and options for lactose/gluten intolerant and vegan guests. All was delicious. The room was great! The bed super comfortable and the shower/bath was delightful. The room had a good espresso machine, which i really appreciate. The price of the hotel was very competitive and it really exceeded my expectations. The bar and hotel restaurants were also great. I am so happy to have stayed at grandium and I thank the hotel staff for being so kind and making our stay in Prague a dream experience. Thank you!…

Great location in downtown Prague, and the plentiful breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food. The room was large and reasonably priced. The hotel is also located near the train station, which is about a ten-minute walk. Would definitely recommend it.

Highly recommend this hotel. We have stayed 2 nights and enjoyed much. Great location, walking distance to touristic attractions, authentic lovely restaurants around. Modern and chic atmosphere, loved the bathroom at the lobby! Service great, stuff lovely. Especially breakfast buffet is very very good, everything is fresh and very good quality
