Good continental and English breakfast mix from 7 till 10. Staff helped in suggesting sights, restaurants, and shopping areas. Maids cleaned everyday, and did a good job about it. Air conditioning, tv and free hot drink bags and coffee provided. Soap and towels provided daily.

Great hotel, situated just walking distance from the centre. Fantastic view from the terrace (open if its not raining). Rooms are spacious and had all the important amenities (expect for an iron), they are kept clean and staff were very helpful.

We stayed four nights in this hotel and enjoy it. Good cleanliness, wi-fi, breakfast. It is positioned pretty close to the most important touristic objectives. Reception desk personnel very kind, they helped us with all the information we needed.

We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights and very enjoyed there. You can watch the video of the room by google "Archibald City Hotel Prague 4* - Double Room" or find it on YouTube. All as described. Very good value for the price. Close walking range location to Wenceslaus square. Very helpful and friendly staff. Thank you very much!

I loved staying at this hotel. We had pre-booked a parking space so that was ideal. It is a 20 min walk away from the old town but if you plan your day, this is only a slight inconvenience. The staff speak english and are very professional. The room was lovely with air con (great) and free wi-fi. There were...

A nice hotel, not the closest to Charles bridge and the surrounding shops but within a walk. The problem is when you've walked around all day the walk back to shower and go out again is a chore. A cab fixes that. Breakfast was quite nice, no issues. Decent beds, pillows soft and flat though. That seems a trend, certainly...

Stayed for three nights. Hotel is in good location. It's only 15 min walk to the main square . Staff is very friendly, breakfast needs a bit improvement it has limited selection. Room itself is spacious and has good amenities. Yes I would recommend this to others.

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
