Should you arrive in Prague, this is a great point to stay. we didn't need any transportation as this hotel close to all great attraction and scenic spots. also, nice bar and breakfast to get you started. rooms are quite large, clean and warm. Recommended!
I spent three days in Hotel Modra Ruze, Prague, Czech Republic with my wife and a couple of our friends in the beginning of May 2017. Hotel has an excellent location in the old town. It is very close to Wenceslas Square, Charles Bridge, Prague...More

Welcomed by very friendly male member of staff, who was always helpful and pleasant. The hotel is so central, for that reason alone its perfect for a city trip. Does not mean that it's noisy, just that everything is easily accessible. Clean, good sized rooms,...More

One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the
modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.

And the courtyard only holds about 20 vehicles... However, I believe the staff will help find parking if there are issues. Price was about 20 euros per day

We had a rental car (Volvo XC60) which we parked within the hotel courtyard behind a locked gate. Understand the entrance is VERY tight so a large vehicle will not fit through the opening and there is limited space inside (probably no more than 20 cars). However, we found the staff very helpful so if there are issues (i.e, the car won't fit or no space) I believe they would find a solution.
