Clean, fine rooms, receptionist is helpful, fine breakfast, location is excellent.
Near by the old town square, fire powder tower, and Wenceslas square. Hotel is well maintained. We got a reasnoble price for staying four nights
The hotel was a pleasant surprise. I did not expect anything, and I found everything. We booked through a travel agency. We chose the hotel as the location is the centre of Prague. The hotel is located in the downtown close to everything. You can...More

Somewhat dated fixtures but very clean and great location (walking distance to all the major points of interest). The staff are very helpful and the car was parked inside the hotel behind a locked gate... Bathroom was very small but adequate
The Modra Ruse is located right smack dab in the middle of old town Prague, literally walking distance to any site in Praha 1. As far as nearby restaurants, a hundred or so within a five minute walk in each direction would be a conservative...More

One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the
modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.

And the courtyard only holds about 20 vehicles... However, I believe the staff will help find parking if there are issues. Price was about 20 euros per day

We had a rental car (Volvo XC60) which we parked within the hotel courtyard behind a locked gate. Understand the entrance is VERY tight so a large vehicle will not fit through the opening and there is limited space inside (probably no more than 20 cars). However, we found the staff very helpful so if there are issues (i.e, the car won't fit or no space) I believe they would find a solution.
