The living room is huge and the whole place is very clean and comfortable. It's so very conveniently placed by Charles Bridge and the attractions. Staff were helpful and the food is good. I would recommend staying here. The only downside is that there is...More
Stayed here with family for 3 nights in July and absolutely loved it. Our only gripe, if any, was climbing the stairs after a long day of sightseeing since there are no elevators. Rooms were surprisingly large by European standards and comfortable too. It's location...More
I much prefer the Lesser Quarter in Prague, and Lokal Inn is perfectly situated. Just around the corner from Charles Bridge for accessing old town, but nestled in the classier Lesser Quarter.
The accommodation was a bit of a shock as we walked into a...More
Lokal Inn is a nice hotel, on an ancient building at an excellent location, literally around the corner from Charles Bridge. It as a friendly informal atmosphere (the beer bar on the ground floor contributes to it), and the rooms are comfortable, sizable, with lots...More
The hotel itself is quite lovely. The beds are nice, the linens are top notch. The breakfast is only so so but it's fine. The location is great if you want to be in the thick of the touristic Charles bridge area. The Lokal Inn...More
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch
shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighbourhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighbourhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.

Since the hotel is situated in the historic centre of Prague (this part of Prague is very small and protected by special municipal laws), we cannot offer this service. Our guests are sent to the closest underground parking garage, which is on náměstí Jana Palacha (Alšovo nábřeží 12) and directly below the Rudolfinum, the seat of the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra. It is a very large space and there is no need to reserve a spot in advance. The price is 660 CZK/24 hours. Its GPS coordinates are 50°5'24.609"N and 14°24'54.759"E.
If you do not mind parking a little farther away, we suggest that you do so at Hotel Pyramida on Bělohorská 24, Praha 6, which is cheaper – 350 CZK/24 hours. Its GPS coordinates are 50°5'7.958"N and 14°22'47.914"E. Take Tram 22 from there to the Malostranské náměstí stop: you will be back at the hotel in roughly 20 minutes.
You can drive your car to our hotel, check-in, drop off your baggage and then go in search of a parking spot. The receptionist will be glad to give you directions. The GPS coordinates for the Lokál Inn are 50°5'15.554"N and 14°24'27.093"E.
