We stayed for two nights. It is pretty far from the city center. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was really good. Rooms are spacious and clean. There is no minibar but fridge, and it was out of service. No aircondition also. WiFi was pretty good. The bathroom was clean and well equipped.

Average hotel with fine rooms; however I would give breakfast 'lower average' level .If you come later in the morning, everything on the bar is cold and staff starts cleaning everything around you at 10.01 regardless of people still sitting and eating there.

Even though the reviews about this hotel are not the best, I personally liked the hotel. The rooms are large, there is a lot of light in the rooms. There were no problems with water. The breakfast was better on the first day of our stay than on the second but still it was a good breakfast. You will not be hungry after it. The reception staff was helpful. They explained how to get to the city center, so we didn't get lost. The bus station is 100 meters to the right from the hotel. The bus takes you to the underground station. 15 minutes and you are in the center of Prague. The bus tickets can be bought in the hotel.
The parking near the hotel is free. Internet is available in the rooms and in the lobby. It is free.
It is not a 5 star luxury hotel but it can satisfy your needs if you are staying there for 3 or 4 nights and spend most of the day in Prague.

I was here with a group and I agree with what was written here. Generally very good option for a couple of days if you plan to be in the city or elsewhere. The room is big, comfy, the toilet is separated from the bathroom. All facilities present except for the AC which is a big problem over summer. The fan was not sufficient but we managed since the weather changed and was not too hot like the first day. Plus our room faced the back of the hotel, the big parking lot which was almost empty so had no problem opening the window or sleeping. The fridge was too hot and seemed not to be working although it had a back section which was cold. I did complain but was told that nothing could be done. Breakfast was plentiful and always refilled. All in all, a great option if the price is not too high. Our group price for 3 days was more that we bargained for, meaning I am sure we could not find anything cheaper and better in the city. I would go back again. It is a new and clean hotel with good breakfast unlike most European hotels of that range, so if you plan to spend most time in the city, this is a great option to spend a night. There is a Lidle shop up the hill, 10 minutes away. Buses and metro are on time so a quick way to the city is guaranteed.

We have just finished our 2 week stay at this hotel & we had a great time.

We were on the 7th floor with views of the forest & it was beautiful. The room was spacious with separate toilet.

It was clean & well looked after with the cleaning done everyday.

Every member of staff we met was polite & helpful. Particularly the boys on breakfast who assisted us with the public transport (193 bus takes you to Budêjovická subway station or 138 bus takes you to Kacerov station)

Special thanks to Adela who was amazing with everything we asked for!! She helped with food delivery,Czech websites & some general stuff where she went above & beyond for us.

I'd also like to thank the cleaners. Who (despite the language barrier ) provided my favourite fruit tea bags everyday!

The breakfast has a wide variety of cereal & hot food on a buffet. Plenty of coffee, juice & pastries!

Although this hotel is further out of the centre it's quiet & a really beautiful area. We took many forest walks & there are plenty of parks which kept our daughter occupied (20 months old)

It's sad to see negative reviews but everyone is entitled to their opinion. If we needed to we would stay here again though because we had an excellent experience

the worst hotel I had ever stayed and the rudest staff...
no air condition in a 4 star hotel, very poor breakfast, wifi is not working in rooms...
the staff has very poor English and are not willing to help you of any issue. Difficult to reach the city center,
In the bathroom, there is no handle for the shower, you have to keep the shower on hand,
they put a very very little soap in the bathroom that you can only use just once...
no minibar, no air condition, only 3 channels on the television...
You cannot buy tea/coffee after 9pm,
Lobby consists of 3 chairs for 4 people and the hotel staff can ask you not to sit there because French people will sit there!

The staff were terrible and the rooms were bad. We had to pay for some tables that was broken before we came. The food was bad. There was some furniture outside but the staff would not unlock them so we could use them. The internet connection was unstable and slow. The receptionist sat on the computer and Facebook all the time and chatted and we felt that we were an annoyance to her. In all a bad experience for us all.!!!

Horrible.. the room is old, dirty walls, diety carpet, lamps. The glasses in my room were so dirty it made me feel sick!
Breakfast are at very low quality level.
Staff at the reception is more ignoring than helping.
To borrow an iron is impossible...
I’ve been to 2* hotels and they were better quality than this “4*”..

Dear MyskaHryzka, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback following your recent visit to our Hotel Rezidence Emmy. I was sorry to learn that we did not meet your expectations on this visit, especially as it relates to the room, breakfast and receptionists. Your comments are most concerning, but I can assure you that our hotel is a four star hotel with international certification. Furthermore, usually are our guests really satisfied with the cleanness and our breakfast. I would like to apologize that you felt like it could be in some places in the room cleaner, we are always renovating all our rooms so some of them can look old, but they are defintely clean. Nevertheless, I sincerely hope you had a great time in Prague and we would be delighted to welcome you back. Once again thank you for taking the time to write a review and for choosing Hotel Rezidence Emmy. Have a nice Wednesday. Sincerely, Adela W, Sales&Marketing Manager

I was there with a group!
Wifi did not worked not in room nor lobby! There was no minibar, but even the fridge did not work! It made more heat then cold inside! The bed was untouched however someone put new soap in bathroom!
The interior is overused (dirty walls, breaked handle in bathroom, worn carpet) should be renovate! Breakfast had very few choice (secon day there was no egg, crumbled or boiled none)! To say something good: strudel is very delicious!
In a 4 star hotel usually some tea and coffe available in room with kettle, not here!
I checked the Czech standards on "hotelstars" website maybe I was wrong, unfortunately not!
I get much better services in a 3 star hotel and I expected more from this hotel!

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. We were a party of forty four people. The first ordeal we had to endure was that the guy at the reception desk told our tour leader that each one of us should complete a form with our personal data before we were given the room keys. The problem is that the lobby-bar, as they call it, is as narrow as a telephone booth. There were only two small sofas so that only five people could sit down to complete the forms. To make matters worse another bus loaded with tourists arrived at that very precise moment so that the lobby looked like Marx Brothers’ cabin in the “A Night at the Opera” scene. It was really chaotic.

It is difficult to understand how a 107 room hotel has such a tiny check-in area. The reception desk and the cafeteria share the same counter so that while you are checking in, a man could be drinking a beer two meters away from you and another one could be asking for a coffee.

The breakfast buffet is not the one you expect from a four star hotel and again the place where the food is displayed is too small. You have to elbow your way through it.

When we were served dinner, every one of us got the impression we were on a strict diet but don’t dare to complain about it, you will get no answer.

The rooms are nice and clean but don’t expect to find a hairdryer or toiletries. It is impossible to sleep after 5 a.m., the curtains are too short so the sunlight gets through the windows. I didn’t dare to complain about it either. I was afraid to be told that there is nothing wrong with the curtains. Maybe the problem, from his point of view, is that windows are too big. :-)

Bus line No. 119 runs from the airport. At the terminal stop - Nadrazi Veleslavin ( 10 stops) change to underground A (Green Line) in the direction of Depo Hostivar. At the Muzeum station change to Line C (Red Line) in the direction of Haje, get off at the Budejovicka station. From here take bus No. 193 (6 stops) and get off at the IKEM stop (the bus stop is directly in front of the hotel).
