This place was perfect! The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot to choose from, even for a veggie like me. The location is perfect, close to transit as well as walkable distance to many things. We had dinner in the attached restaurant which was quite good as well. Would...

The staff was very very nice and helping. They even allowed us to keep our luggage for a few days after leaving the hotel. The room was very pretty, quiet and clean. The breakfast was satisfying, even despite being vegetarians. We have found nothing bad to say about the hotel. Firmly recommended.

If you need reliable WiFi, choose another hotel. Wifi is free but unreliable..... Room service charge is higher than 4 star hotels in NYC, London or Paris! Skip room service!! .....Hotel is very near to train station (but when I booked was told I should prearrange with hotel for a taxi to meet me in the evening due to the...

We got a very small room with carpeted floor. When we opened our suitcases there was not enough space to sit anywhere else than on the bed. Which was too soft for sitting. For sleeping it was comfortable though. I complained about the room size, but they could not change it during our visit (2 nights). The room was very...

Very pleasant stay. I have enjoyed my business stay.Combination of comfortable bed, free Wi-Fi,location and excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner. That was the perfect match for me. Especially I would like to recommend The Mr.A restaurant (of the Hotel Sovereign) ,great service and superb skills of the chef Mr. Krucky.Very nice, tasty and modern cuisine for reasonable price. I will stay again.

I'd consider this hotel more of a 3 star hotel than 4 but it was fine. The room was clean and spacious but the bathroom had a bad odor and the shower wasn't great and the water never got very hot. It was very quiet though which was great. Unfortunately, that's partly because it's quite far from the city center....

I read a number of reviews before heading out to Prague. I saw plenty of mixed reviews about this hotel, but loads of the negative ones always stuck in my mind. I found none of the negative comments ring true with our stay. The room was lovely, with a spacious bathroom and an extremely comfortable bed, free Wi-Fi and a...

Stayed at this lovely hotel for a 3 day break in March. Very clean, warm and friendly staff. Was quiet at this time of year. Great value for money. 15 min walk to all the main tourist attractions..... Old town, Charles bridge and main shopping area on the doorstep. All in all a great stay

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
