I visited with my daughter in September and this was a lovely place to stay - very central. The staff were helpful, we booked a driver from the airport which was great. Breakfast was good and we went to the bar one evening. The only thing I'd mention is the towels - thin and fraying. It's a very small thing...

We loved our stay at the Perla Hotel in Prague. We spent a month throughout Europe in August and Perla was one of our favorite stays and especially at such a great price. The rooms were a bit small, but they were stylish and unique. The bathtub was a bit strange (high up, lots of water splashed), but everyone was...

My partner & I have stayed at Perla 3 times now as it is nice & modern and very conveniently located. However this time we had a room on the 1st floor overlooking the street which was VERY NOISY, what with rubbish lorries emptying the Bins at 5am everyday plus cars beeping horns and beer trucks delivering barrels early in...

Our stay at Hotel Perla in Prague was pleasant enough but not perfect. We had arranged with the hotel to have a car sent to pick us up at the airport. We find our guy and realize he doesn't speak any English (or any of the other languages we blurted out). Considering we made the reservation in English I'd expect...

Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, great location, fab rooms. 1 recommendation is do not book the coffee and cake tour. It is sold in the hotel on behalf of another company and is a disgrace. Our tour guide knew no information, did no walking tour with us and for the hour we were on the boat we literally went down...

The hotel is just in the center of old town region of Prague, it is so convenient. Just 2 mins walk from the metro station Mustek. And the breakfast included is great with many choices of food. What must be mentioned is the home made cakes.

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
