This hotel has the advantage of being an Ibis hotel, part of a 3 stars hotel chain with the same standards and rooms anywhere in the world. Although the room is a bit small it is well laid out and recently renovated as the new Ibis style; always clean. The negative point of this hotel is that although it is...

I have stayed in this hotel for 5 nights! Budget hotel at affordable price with great breakfast offer! When we were ready to leave to the airport at 5am, my partner realised that his earphones are gone and money that was left on the table. We didnt have time to mention anything at the reception but when we return to...

Front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. Very good selection for breakfast buffet. Usual extremely comfortable Ibis beds. Close to variety of public transport options. Or easy walk to W Square or Charles Square and the river.

We stayed there for 4 nights, room was always perfectly clean, bed was very comfortable, breakfast were very tasty. Hotel is situated very near metro station and tram stops. All tourtist spots are available within 15 minutes journey by tram, which I strongly recommend. It is a bit slower than metro, but you will see much more. Walking distance from...

In the heart of the city and at the best price. You can even use the Novotel swimming pool for a small fee. You are close to everything, and if you do not want to walk the subway is just there. And the team is friendly.

When we arrived our check in was fast and efficient. The staff seemed helpful & welcoming. Our room was really basic and on arrival we did have a dreadful smell in it. As the days went on we found the source of the smell was the drainage in the bathroom. Breakfast was very very basic. Out of the 4 days...

Very noise, and so far from downtown. Old bedding and furniture in the bedroom, unconfortable pillows and bed. The Window blackout was't big enough. The bathroom is super small. Pros: Nice restaurant around, mini markets and cambio.

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
