Stayed for one night in February. Got a waterfront facing room on the 4th floor. The room was very spacious, with a large bathroom, and a fantastic view overlooking the river. Very professional staff, the room and the hotel in general was spotless. The breakfast buffet was not huge, but definitely had enough choices available. Worth also mentioning is the...

Lovely hotel in a lovely city. Reception were friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. We had a lovely room with a great view of the river. We ate breakfast on the last day, which was lovely. Only downside was the cost of the taxi back to the airport, which the hotel booked. We jumped in a taxi outside airport...

Stayed 2 nights here at the end of January. Located on the river with a nice walk along the bank to plenty of restaurants or the city centre. For the price it's very good. Has a restaurant (mostly fish) and a spa. Bar prices reasonable. Big comfortable beds, decent bathrooms with plumbing that works. Staff were very friendly and helpful....

I've stayed in hotels around the world and have never experienced the perfect stay - until last week in Gdansk, more specifically the Hotel Hanza. As soon as the car pulled up outside the hotel, the bellboy opened the door and took care of the luggage. The receptionist welcomed us and the paperwork was completed in three minutes flat. We...

We went to the hotel out of season and as it looks today they only have a 10 Mbps dsl connection for the entire hotel. You can't watch any YouTube if you share it with all other guests and the WiFi is poorly secured. Apart from that the service was fine and there is nothing to complain.

Dear Guests, Thanks a lot for the booking of the room at Hanza Hotel and kind words after the stay. We are sorry that our WiFi did not meet your expectations. It is not dependent on the season, but from the service provider. We reported already our complaint. The network is secured. We look forward to welcoming you again. Best...

I have a perfect stay at the Hanza Hotel. The room conditions are perfect with WiFi, air-conditioning working fine. My room faces the river and has a perfect view over the museum ship. I probably get a free upgraded to a junior suite and the room is very spacious. The bathroom is also very big in size with a massage...

for the past 4 years we have been visiting Gdansk/Danzig in summer as well as - most of the time - at the end of the year; we enjoyed the atmosphere, the friendly and helpful staff, the delicious breakfast as well as the excellent restaurant - altogether at a reasonable price, by no means fancy, but relaxing, enjoyable!! For us,...
