Super location just 5/10 mins direct walk to the main square. Trams/ taxi and tour pick up points within 2 mins walk. Bars, food and shops in the immediate area, busy but the hotel has a quiet entrance through an archway. Large, clean functional room with a small shower room, TV, tea/coffee, free water and safe deposit box. Reception were...

Had a very pleasant stay here during my first (and not last) trip to Krakow. Hotel was within easy walking distance from the main square, was clean, and found the staff to be welcoming and friendly. The rooms where basic, but clean and had all you need for a short city break. The breakfast was great, and plenty of choice....

The hotel is located 5 minutes walk to the Main Square making it ideally situated. Breakfast was excellent with a large choice, both hot and cold. Disappointed, however, with our room. Travelling with a friend so a twin room was booked but the room allocated was clearly a single room with a 2nd bed squeezed in. The bathroom was a...

The hotel is in a good location about 5 minutes from the main square and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, they have a brilliant knowledge of the area and helped us with trams and booked us a taxi! Breakfast was good but there were no labels or signs to indicate what...

A great location - about 5 minutes walk to the main square. We were lucky to be upgraded roomwise to a deluxe which was huge. Breakfast was plenty and all in all I would recommend and was pleasantly surprised for a 3 star. Good value.

Stayed here last week - all the reviews saying what an excellent hotel this is are true!! Tremendous value for money. My single room could have slept a family. Staff were great. Hotel is in a lovely position near the centre of town - a simple five minute walk to the main square.
