First time at krakow, we thought that the hotel is far from animation, in fact is well located allowing a nice 15mn walk to the main square . Cozy, neatty and calm place to resource after day of festivities, rooms are super clean, beds very comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. We really appreciate it

Impressions, The staff wasn't very welcoming, made us feel like we were taking up their time. The room was average at best. Lightning is poor, the shower drain was clogged. The Internet.... We were back in the 1990's with 56k modem, maybe worst. When there was any signal at all, trying to watch a YouTube video is a painful experience....

A nice hotel with a good and quiet location close to city center. The room was small, to much furniture for such a small room, but in general ok. A simple buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpfull service.

Literaly on the outskirts of the old town. Note to TripAdvisor, there is no free parking that is the more relevant part of thia review, but with secure parking for 25zlot per day 5 min walk away really not to fussed. Now for the place... Standards are fine, all you need is close by like supermarket and secure parking, tidy...

Great little hotel just on the other side of the river. A 20 min walk to the square. The staff was kind and courteous. I would recommend this place without hesitation. North Americans should keep in mind, this Europe, so the rooms a naturally small. This is typical of small European hotels.
