Really well located!! The staff is really lovely! Just a few bad points, wifi was not really good, the boxes in the rooms are pretty big but not practical at all and very noisy and all is in wood that is very charming but that's not isolated ... So all the noise is coming to the rooms... But for a...

We were only there two nights to visit Auschwitz. Hostel was very easy to find and front desk staff were very helpful (had to get a last minute taxi to the airport). My only complaint is the noise. Apparently there's quiet hours but they aren't enforced. Someone was singing full blast at 6am? This is a better place to stay...

After having just returned from a 5 day stay at the pink panther hostel (march 2017). And speaking on behalf of my class, we are all unhappy with our stay due to an unclean and shabby environment. The bathroom in room no.9 was beyond belief. I didn't even dare to sit down on the toilet or use the shower. The...

Management response:

Dear guest, We understand you might not have liked your stay with us, but we all know your review is a bit biased. First of all, the picture you have posted is NOT from our hostel! Not only do we care about the cleanliness but also realise that if it was in our hostel, it would have been shut down...

Stayed here while interrailing. Young, friendly staff who are very helpful and free walking tours of the city are available. Walking distance to the main square and very secure location. Close to lots of nice restaurants and bars. The Auschwitz and Salt Mines tour picked us up right outside the door

The place doesn't look great at start but is a really nice and clean place to spend the night. Also it has a great location and the staff helps you to find places to eat...

I arrived at the hostel on New Years Eve & the friendly staff made me feel right at home and part of their celebrations. I stayed in a very comfortable 4 bed room & was lucky enough to have a good size shower & toilet room right outside the door which was kept in excellently clean condition. Breakfast consisted of...

That was the first hostel that i have ever visit. Time that I had spent in Krakow was incredibly pleasant - thanks to great people, working up there. Kasia, Paulina and Timmy enchanted my stay in "Pink Panter's" into an unforgettable moment. When i had no plans, there was always someone who delighted me with great conversation or pointed some...
