The hotel looks very good, nice and clean rooms, personnel at the reception as well as in the restaurant/bar are very friendly and helpful. We had to search for a quick replacement accommodation at 2am in the night and we found this beautiful place which proved to be an excellent choice! The location is also good, approximately 15 mins by...

This is a small hotel, set only a few minutes walk from the old centre. Very comfortable and dare I say, quaint hotel. Lovely breakfast with loads of options, great food in the evening and fabulous staff, who provided forgotten items such as umbrella's and the like. Most definitely want to return for a longer stay

Well located, a 10minutes walk brings you in the old town. Not the modern type of hotel, but cosy and with every comfort you need. Moreover the staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, breakfast is great. Great value for money.

Ate at the hotel for 2 nights and they offer a 20% discount on your food bill. Quality was very good but not a huge variety. Staff...

Only a ten minute walk from the town square. Lovely comfortable rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had in a hotel. A huge range including Polish food, cereal, breads, cold meat and cheeses, waffles, pancakes, apple cake, juice and lovely coffee.

The staff here are super friendly. We arrived around 7:30am as we caught an overnight train into Krakow. Our room was ready for check-in and they offered us to have breakfast there on the first day. Obviously very hungry we couldn't decline the kind offer. The breakfast was a little disappointing (a lot of cold meats etc. and not a...
