We stayed here in February 2017 and had room 119. We arrived at the hotel early Sunday morning at about 9:00am after arriving on the Prague - Krakow overnight train. We put our luggage in reception and expected to hear that our room was not ready which was indeed the case. We then went Krakow city centre via the tram...

I stayed at the Niebieski hotel for 3 nights in February 2017. Here's a brief review for those of you thinking about booking this hotel. Firstly the negatives or areas for development: Down side: Bath for hot water. You need to run half a bath, wait a while, then fill it up again if you want a piping hot bath....

Visited Krackow in December 2016 and started at the Niebreski. The hotel is bright and modern. Rooms are a bit dark but well equipped, hairdryer, fridge etc. The hotel is about a 10 min walk into Krackow. We walked along the river which is nice but didn't want to risk walking back in the dark so took a taxi (about...

Staff here were very welcoming and helpful. Hotel very clean and food to high standard. Room very modern and beds low. First time I've encountered a plastic mattress cover on a bed in a '5 star' hotel! Hotel is right by the river which was a pleasant walk into the city taking about 15 minutes to the old square.

Although this hotel is situated at about 10 minutes walk from the city center (along the river), I can't believe you find a better hotel than this. All staff is very friendly, the room was big, modern and very clean. I had a room along the road but had no traffic noise in the morning or evening. Breakfast is served...

We booked this hotel as part of a trip to the Christmas market in Krakow. It was perfectly adequate- reasonably well situated, quite quiet and comfortable, but the staff were not at all friendly and in some cases, quite awkward. We paid a lot extra for the breakfasts which were expensive by Polish standards and not good value for money...

The reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly, all requests were met efficiently. Location is very good, with a riverside setting. It takes about 20 minutes to walk into the city centre via the riverbank and a couple of streets. If you don't want the walk there is a choice of 3 tram routes to the central area. Room was...

Just returned from a 4 night gut stay at this hotel - would not hesitate to recommend it to everyone. We had a first floor room overlooking the river, which was immaculately clean and well set out - large comfortable bed, bed settee, comfortable chairs and a desk. The bathroom was lovely and again, well set out. The pizza restaurant...

I booked through Amoma and despite not having a record of my booking on arrival, the receptionist made sure there was a room for us & even let us check in at 10am! The room was a good size with a nice bathroom & minibar available if needed. It also had a hairdryer in the bathroom which I'm told by...
