Fantastic hotel. Very friendly and had everything you needed. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate machine free of charge on first floor. Spa consisting of jacuzzi and steam bath which had to be booked in advance and was for private use. They provided towels and lockers too. Rooms were beautiful, clean and cosy. TV worked in English. Super central, literally 3...

This is a really nice hotel right in the middle of Krakow's Old town. We arrived late in the evening, taking a taxi from the train station (about 15 mins ride). Our room was ready for us, and checkin was very pleasant. The room is very big by European standards, and was well appointed. Bathroom had a shower only, but...

Great hotel in great location with good amenities. Breakfast served was average, buffet runs low late morning and custom eggs can be ordered but waitress not readily available and same not shared with patrons, only found out by witnessing other people ordering.

Breakfast very plentiful and varied continental stayed with cereals meats cheeses fruits yogurts and hot options but don't expect English style. If you want a more Polish experience...

We stayed on the second floor and the room was a bit dated with a shower that was quite cramped. However, the hotel building is interesting with a good restaurant to try in the evening. The big plus is location given the hotel is so close to the wonderful main square in one direction and Wawel Castle/Jewish Quarter in the...

Just returned from a 3 night stay at this wonderful hotel. Must agree with the recent other posts, this hotel is in an excellent location in a quiet side street 5 minutes walk to the main square and a little more to the castle and cathedral. Lovely inviting reception area with wide stairs to the rooms but also a lift....

Just a couple of minutes walk from the main square and a couple of minutes in the opposite direction was the castle. Lovely clean rooms, comfortable beds and modern spacious bathroom. Plenty of choice for breakfast. It was really excellent value for a hotel so close to the centre. Staff booked all our excursions and were very helpful. Lots of restaurants...

We stayed for two nights, should have stayed longer. We arrived early and so our rooms weren't ready, no problem. We went up to the Orangery and had a hot chocolate, complimentary 24 hours tea, coffee etc. We decided to walk to the main square, less than a ten minute walk away. It was the 1st Sunday in December so...
