Deserves all the good reviews. Friendly hotel, comfortable rooms, short walk to town. The spa is superb, but must be booked in advance for a certain time slot Once booked either jacuzzi or steam room all only for you, no sharing, which we definitely liked but it requires some organisation and time management. Breakfast varied and deliscious, included in price....

The pictures of the rooms are only from the rooms on the 2nd floor (the bigger ones, but with 2 seperate beds made to 1). The rooms on the first floor are very small and don't have a bath. If you ask for 1 big bed you will definitelly get a room on the first floor, such a shame. The...

Fantastic hotel. Very friendly and had everything you needed. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate machine free of charge on first floor. Spa consisting of jacuzzi and steam bath which had to be booked in advance and was for private use. They provided towels and lockers too. Rooms were beautiful, clean and cosy. TV worked in English. Super central, literally 3...

This is a really nice hotel right in the middle of Krakow's Old town. We arrived late in the evening, taking a taxi from the train station (about 15 mins ride). Our room was ready for us, and checkin was very pleasant. The room is very big by European standards, and was well appointed. Bathroom had a shower only, but...

Great hotel in great location with good amenities. Breakfast served was average, buffet runs low late morning and custom eggs can be ordered but waitress not readily available and same not shared with patrons, only found out by witnessing other people ordering.

We stayed on the second floor and the room was a bit dated with a shower that was quite cramped. However, the hotel building is interesting with a good restaurant to try in the evening. The big plus is location given the hotel is so close to the wonderful main square in one direction and Wawel Castle/Jewish Quarter in the...
