Just had a 4 day New Year break in Krakow. Found this extremely handy little hotel within easy walking distance of the old town main square. No problems with language at the Hotel and we were dropped off right outside. Check in was straightforward and the room up two flights of stairs or a lift. Very nice room with TV...

We were quite impressed with the size of the room. Massive lounge room separate to the main bedroom, two complete bathrooms. Furnishings were quite modem. Free wifi. Good heating system. Great location central to main attractions. Food, room service is not available. The breakfast is very basic, I suggest ordering a fresh omelette. A couple of minor things that I...

Very nice and modern rooms and bathrooms. Very good selection of breakfast buffet. Very helpful staff but customer service in the reception could be better. Very good location, near the old market, train station, shops, restaurants, and museums.

Lovely hotel in the old town. It is in an ideal situation for seeing the sights. Quiet because it is in a pedestrianised area. Rooms are clean and well presented. Coffee lounge is a real asset with the free coffee, tea, hot chocolate machine. I lost my room key and the staff could not have been more understanding. I would...

The rooms were very quiet and comfortable. the shower excellent and room very clean. the lounge was a great place to meet before going out in the evenings to go to the many different restaurants in the old town area. Great value. p.s beware of 3 young girls with clip boards asking you to give money to a children's charity...

Great location, 5-10 minutes from the castle and the old town square. Our room was very comfortable and although there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room, there's a very nice lounge where you can get good quality, free coffee from a machine. We'll definitely go back.

I picked this hotel based on location. It is about a 5 minute walk to the main square where everything happens. The square is very busy and noisy so didnt want to stay any closer. The hotel was excellent value for money. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the hotel was very nice and the...

A year ago I stayed in the Hotel Wawel, and I liked it so much that I came back this year. The location is close to the Rynek in the city center, and it is very quiet. This time I slept on the first floor. My single room was tastefully furnished in perfectly matching brownish colors. The staff is very...
