Booked through the Escape to Poland package. The location couldn't be any better. The hotel staff are friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Everything is clean and the rooms are warm and quiet. The hotel prepared a packed lunch for our trip to Auschwitz at short notice, helped with trip queries not booked through them and kept our luggage safe...

A dark dingy room accessed through a heavy green door next to the hotel. Chambermaid practically non existent. Our coffee cups just thrown in the bathroom sink unwashed and my 6 year old granddaughter could have made the bed to a better standard. Location was good but this is the only plus point. Very disappointing.

Stayed here for a few nights in march with the boyfriend, staff were very friendly and helpful which was good. Hotel is a bit out dated but didn't really bother us, room was nice with a very wonky mirror haha! Did not enjoy breakfast at all, and orange juice tasted like plastic?! Odd there's no bar as well? But good...

We booked this hotel through Escape2Poland and enjoyed our stay, our twin room was a bit small and dated but had a balcony with a view of the street. The hotel has everything you would need and is clean. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of hot and cold foods between 7-11am. Staff were friendly and arranged a trip...

Having arrived from Wrocław where we stayed in a wonderful (and much cheaper) hotel, this was quite a shock. I had booked almost three months in advance so I was horrified to find that they had given us a really tiny room where the only window was so high up it was above our heads (I am 1.88m/6'2" tall). It...

a nondescriptive façade and a rather disinviting lobby - a far cry from what I was expecting of a historical building in the heart of a no less historical neighbourhood of a fabulous city.Despite that first impression, in a matter of minutes I was in for a big surprise and my mood changed:a place bursting with character, very nice young...

Travelling with my 85 year old Father, we needed to change his room due to additional stairs. It was done without any hesitation or fuss. OK, so the rooms are a little dated, but for Value for money and location, we could not fault it. Large selection of Bars and restaurants very close by to help with things to do....

The hotel is a good 20-30 minutes walk from the train station. Not an unpleasant walk, but not very close to the old town. The Kazimierz hotel is located perfectly near to the old town of Krakow and right in the middle of the former Jewish quarter Casimir you can't be at a better spot. Next to that the rates of the hotel are decent for the quality that is offered. I would recommend it to anyone
