This Hotel is just a short walk to the Market Square of Krakow and the room we had was big and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and so helpful that it was a pleasure staying there. To start the day you can have a wonderful breakfast which is situated down stairs in the cellar. To Management and Staff...

Just back from a four night stay in the hotel in Krakow with three couples. The hotels provides a very friendly reception service, nice well appointed rooms and a very comprehensive breakfast service. The main attraction for us was the short walk from the railway station and more importantly a short walk from the main square which is the focal...

I booked a double room for 2 nights in Hotel Elektor in August. The location of the hotel was a good starting point for us to discovery Krakow and its sights. We were very pleased with the staff who warmly welcomed us and, since we came in early they suggested that we store our bags in their storage room and...

We had a brief but wonderful stay in Krakow, and very fortunately had chosen the Elektor as our hotel. We enjoy hotels with character and history, and this is one of the hotels that graced Krakow at the beginning of the 19th century, and it wears its age with charm and elegance. The location is excellent - 200 meters from the...

We had 3 nights here, great value. First off, there is no air con (they provide a good fan), no safe (you can use the lobby one), and no face cloths. But it's a three star so it is what it is. It's an excellent 3 star!! We had a separate lounge so heaps of space, I had just booked...

We booked this hotel through Expedia and we're not disappointed. The location is perfect and phoning ahead to book transportation from the airport and to book our trip to Auschwitz worked perfectly. Well worth doing this and thanks to the front of house for arranging things to make it so easy for us. Our 2 rooms were absolutely beautiful. They...

Perfect location for all points of interest and bus and train stations. Far enough away from the main square and shopping area to get a quiet night. Small convenience store on opposite corner. A welcome lift to the third floor front room which as was spacious and kept exceptionally clean through my 4 night stay, with attention to all facilities,...

What a wonderful almost 'boutique' hotel in the old town. Unassuming from the outside but beautifully remodelled inside with some great features including the cellar breakfast room and keys with the old key fob for your room. 24 hour knowledgeable and friendly desk staff. a really enjoyable place to stay.

Stayed 5 nights. A bit unsure when we checked in - the faded grandeur is more faded than grandeur and the awful looking Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant does not add to the attraction. But clean and the room both spacious and clean. Breakfast in the cellar was excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Location extremely convenient (about 5 minutes to the train...

Perfectly located for all sights. Very friendly and efficient staff. Stayed for a week from July 6th and really enjoyed stay in the Elektor. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices; extremely comfortable beds plus very nice modern bathroom. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice boutique hotel and it is much nicer than a large impersonal place.
