Our usual hotel being fully booked, as were most other hotels for this trip (marathon weekend krakow), I booked a Junior Suite at Radisson Blu. First impressions not so good, stale cigarette smoke in the revolving entry door, dated furnishings in lounges. Agnieska was charming and helpful at checkin. Public areas are clean and comfortable. I requested three pillows per...

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago for a few days and hadn't lovely stay. It was a few minutes from the main square and easy to find when coming from the train station. On arrival the staff were very friendly and offered to upgrade our room to business class for a reasonable fee. The room was very clean...

A family part of 6 recently stayed for 4 nights. Good situation, friendly efficient staff-always helpful & we would return. One small complaint is that the price of breakfast is very expensive by Polish standards, but variety is excellent. Irvy

Besides the great location this Hotel provides excellent service and a fine breakfast to get you going in the morning. The rooms were nice and very clean. You are across the street from a beautiful park and within short walking distant of square and many churches and good restaurants. Fun shopping is everywhere.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Nice room, great view and excellent location. We could walk to nice shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was really good, great variety of food. An extra star for customer service - when we got to the room we found a power adapter - you can buy it for a very reasonable price....

The room itself was spacious, clean and tidy, with a very comfortable bed ( this is a feature i often find in RB hotels, and is much appreciated!) The sound proofing was excellent, and...
