The only issue I had with my stay was the staff were not very friendly considering they work in hospitality a smile wouldn't kill them.
Oh for future reference for anybody that stays there you cannot and I mean cannot book in until.15.00 hrs we arrived at 830am and were told we couldn't book in until then we went out and cam back at 14.51 hrs and were told we had to wait 9 minutes I understand there are rules about booking in but to me in my experience of hotels they are usually at least a tint bit flexible .
I will say again the hotel was beautiful and very clean just a shame about the staff.

Nice room.
Nice lobby.
Friendly staff.

But.
If you are going on holiday to Krakow, give this one a miss. It is situated far from the town in an industrial estate area with very little amenities except for a Spar mini-market and the Witek furnishing store.
We stayed for 10 nights B&B and were unfortunate to be given an odd number room at the back of the hotel – odd number rooms’ face the function suite and as the hotel is also a conference centre it hosts a number of events throughout the week and at weekends, such as company promotions and weddings, and the music can go on until 4am. So sleep is near impossible, even with the windows closed - and on a hot, humid August night not very comfortable. We did eventually, on our last night, get a room at the front.
Breakfast is continental, cold meat, cheeses, etc, and soup. Optional (you pay for it) lunch/dinner is only Polish cuisine; ask for the menu in English, and you still don’t know what you’re eating. There are no snacks available either.
If you fancy a pre-diner drink, or a few drinks after, the bar, supposedly open from 6 till 12 with happy hour 6 till 9, (closed Sunday’s) won’t always be open as functions take priority over paying guests and the barman is usually deployed elsewhere. You can go to the dining room for a drink but these cost double the bar price.
There are no regular bus services during the day or at night to or from the hotel into town, some mini-busses pass every so often, it’s about a 5-10 minute walk to the main road, but they stop at about 7pm. So if you fancy a night in town it could be expensive to hire taxis.

We went into our room (323) and the light in the bathroom was flickering something terrible. My fiancé went to reception to inform them and it was fixed promptly. My only issues with the room - we were next to the smoking room so had a slight smell of smoke most days in our room. No extra pillows (I like a pile of pillows!) and the shower was hard to adjust so that you didn’t soak the floor when you got in. However we slept very well and enjoyed black out curtains. Nice and cool as well.
We ate in the hotel restaurant the first evening we were there and I must say the food (polish dumplings) was absolutely yummy and drinks were good. On this I was disappointed there was no bar the weather was lovely and with such a group of us we would’ve loved to order drinks at a bar. Instead you have to go to the restaurant and order there not ideal but fine.
The wedding venue itself was beautiful I was surprised as you would never know it was there as it’s at the back. Again food was lovely and drinks plentiful.
There is a shopping centre over the road (maybe a 15 mins walk) Alma is a supermarket so you can buy items you require.
It’s about 20 minutes by Uber into town costing maybe £4 I wish we had been closer to the centre as we loved exploring and going round the different bars, restaurants and the market.
Overall not a bad hotel at all and had a pleasant stay but I wouldn’t return simply because for me it’s too far from the centre and I like being able to walk to places.
