Enjoyed a 3 night stay at the Wit Stowsz, the room was clean, comfortable and spacious and the hotel staff were brilliant. The hotel is a quick 2 minute walk from the main square in old town. Breakfast buffet was also excellent and varied. Highly recommend this hotel if you visit Krakow.

Lovely old hotel right in the Old Town - about 200 yards from the main square of the old town. Lovely friendly receptionists, with fresh cakes every day in the reception! Our room on the third floor was enormous, but well fitted out with everything you need and very clean. The only disappointment was the en-suite bath room which was...

We booked through TripAdvisor/Booking and got a very good price for what proved to be the largest room in the hotel. We could almost play tennis in it ;-) The room itself was perfect and the bathroom was top class (see picture). As we were leaving early, the staff proposed us to serve breakfast before regular hours which was highly...

Beautiful room, friendly service, great position. We asked the staff to recommend restaurants. They were excellent. The hotel booked them for us. We were also recommended visits to the salt mines and to Auchwitz. The hotel made all of the arrangements. The visit to Auchwitz was very moving but an honour to remember those who suffered. The breakfast was excellent.

6 of us came for a long weekend in December and I have to say the hotel was faultless. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming, we had a family emergency towards the end of our stay and the reception staff were so helpful by letting us use there computer and printer to print boarding passes. The hotel is...

In a 15th century building in the old town, with very friendly staff and great breakfasts. Our room was a little small and overlooked the street which made for some noise at times, but the noise was often lovely, from the music school up the road. A great place to stay.

A beautiful boutique hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was lovely, with the option to order hot food eg Pancakes. Location was great, about 5 minutes walk from the main square, Krakow is a small town and everything was in walking distance, including plenty of bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Very centrally located hotel, just a stone's throw from the main square. Also close to the main railway station ( ten minutes on foot), very easy access, as a result, from the airport ( transfer time less than 30 minutes in total). Staff were pleasant and helpful, and a very good breakfast was offered each morning. The loft room was...
