This hotel is a 5 * and definitely deserves the rating. From the staff, to the rooms, to the food to the location -it is wonderful! It is not that expensive and we were sorry that we could not stay longer. If anyone is going to Poland they should check out this hotel.

Hotel Grodek is a charming hotel. The location is excellent...close to the main square but also very quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was delicious and I would highly recommend the omelet. If you like old worldly decor, you will love the rooms. My only criticism, the beds were very soft...

A beautiful hotel, centrally located in Krakow in a quiet location with the market square just a few minutes walk away and only 10 minute walk to the shopping centre and bus and train stations. Very polite and helpful staff, and we had a beautiful and very comfortable room - perfect for our romantic break. The bar is amazing, with...

We stayed at the Grodek with friends for three nights. The location is perfect - so close to the centre - and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was a little small but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good with a wide selection and we loved the bar which is panelled and like a small library. Would definitely...

This hotel was recommended to me by a friend who used to live in Krakow, and it did not disappoint. Very close to all the action in the Main Square, but far enough away to be perfectly quiet. Staff members go out of their way to be helpful, the breakfast is delicious, and the room, although a little small, was...

Just spent 3 nights here.although at the more costly end of the market was well worth it. A quietly classy hotel, just off the center town square but really peaceful situation near a small park..very clean and well presented, nice decor and ambiance.. Helpful and friendly staff. Both breakfast and dinner was well presented and excellent food. I have no problem with...

This is a stunning hotel, in a perfect location- a short stroll to the Rynek (Market Sq) and 10 minute walk to the centre of the unmissable Old Jewish Quarter- but still a little removed from the main tourist thoroughfare, so is nice and quiet. The outside of the building is pretty non-descript and easy to miss, but the interior...

The hotel is on a nondescript (though not unattractive) dead end street. However, this quiet location is just a very brief walk to the market square, cafes, and shops. The location couldn't be better. The hotel itself is charming and comfortable. Every member of the staff was very friendly and helpful with very good English. Our room was a good...

What a find!! Great location, delightfully furnished rooms if a bit crowded still very comfortable. Old building renovation very creative, smart interior but blending into and celebrating the historic architectural features. Very helpful concierge staff generous with suggestions and insights. Breakfast was abundant, seasonal and delicious. EVERYTHING in the historic center within walking distance.

We stayed in this small boutique hotel for 4 nights last week and it was fabulous. The room was comfortable, the breakfasts were the best I have ever experienced. We had fast free Wifi and the staff were really good. Add to this the central location on a very quiet road and you have the ideal hotel in Krakow
