This hotel was perfect for our short stay in Kraków. It is in a great location, within a 5/10 minute walk to the Old Town square. We stayed in room 109 which was quiet, warm and spotlessly clean. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar has amazing views over the river and the...

This hotel is in an excellent location, right next to Wawel Castle and opposite the Vistula river. We travelled to Krakow to explore the city so did not spend much time in the hotel. However, the hotel was basic, the staff were not very welcoming and our room was small. The view from the hotel is not great, despite being so...

We visited this hotel for a weekend break in Feb 2017. We found the staff very helpful and courteous. We booked airport transfers directly with the hotel and the driver was waiting for us on arrival, even though we were 90 minutes late arriving. The breakfast was a typical Polish continental breakfast with hot dog style sausages, scrambled eggs (lovely)...

Rooms were clean and tidy, maids visited every day. Breakfast was ok. Beds however were uncomfortable two single beds pushed together so would tend to separate durning the night. Very central can get to main square and Jewish quarter on foot in approx 10-15. You are provided a safe in your room make sure you but all valuables in it.

Myself and my Wife stayed here for a city break and immediately were impressed by the polite and prompt assistance from the staff. We had a room with a pleasant view of the nearby river. It was clean and cosy with soft towels and a small supply of shampoo and soaps. The shower was quite powerful and nice and hot....
