A really nice hotel, better than you would expect for the price, but unfortunately at the moment there is a building site at the back of the hotel, & they start at 7am! Otherwise very convenient, helpful staff, good food, all you would need.

I loved this hotel, the location was perfect, walking distance to the Jewish quarter, Town Square and Shindlers Factory. Lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast had a vast choice of hot and cold choices. The room was large and we had two bottles of water in the room per day, a sweet on or...

Enjoyed my stay here. Staff were very knowledgeable & helpful. hotel was nice clean & spacious. There was a drinks dispenser just outside the lift so if you were thirsty you could purchase drinks at any time.Location was really good as it was near all the main sights.

We stayed here for 4 nights in January. Arrived late at about 9pm ish due to a delayed flight but felt safe in the area regardless of it being nighttime and not in a busy tourist area. Although the area looks a bit run down it is very safe. Hotel staff were nice and checked us in didn't interact much...

We stayed here for four nights whilst visiting Kraków. The hotel is in a good location for the Jewish district, and approximately 10 minutes walk from the old town. The room was basic but clean and warm. There was a reasonable choice at breakfast.

This hotel is absolutely fine if you want to make the most of your stay in Krakow and not spend time in the hotel itself apart from sleeping and washing. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom is quite small but has everything you need. The breakfast is ok, nothing special and depending on the time...

Excellent hotel location, in the Kazimirez section of the city, ( the Jewish town ). The staff are extremely helpful and polite with great English language skills. Rooms are adequate with all that you would expect (shower, hairdryer, lots of power sockets, well heated and pretty quiet). Lots of local restaurants and bars within a very short walking distance. The...
