Stay on the 26th of July to the 1st of August 2016. From start to finish we were always made welcome. The place was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble from ordering taxi's to local information. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. Breakfast was continental but the choice was amazing 2-3...

This hotel is located in a nice part of Krakow (kazimeirz) the jewish quarter. The location was well suited for local sight seeing. The hotel Was clean, very spacious, breakfast was basic. For the price really nice. I would say it is a 3 star hotel The only negative part of our stay was the miserable female staff member when...

I've been living in Poland for a couple of years and have visited various places. The service was great, and the rooms are really nice. A traditional Polish breakfast is available and they can help arrange tours. I really enjoyed my time here, and would recommend it.

Great hotel to explore all in Krakow, friendly staff, good breakfast, good decent room, good value for your money. There is a 24 hours’ reception. We stayed there for 4 nights and it was the perfect base. We were pleasant surprised over Krakow, a beautiful city with a lot of history. We did 2 tours the Jewish Quarter and the...

Only 15 minute walk to the main square and tram stop just outside with very regular service on number 3 or 22. It is noisy with a busy street to the front and train line to the rear. Staff spoke reasonable English and tried to help answer our questions. Car parking is available in the street and is free on...

We enjoyed the stay at the Kazimierz 11, however, the description of the facilities on the hotel website did not portray a true picture. There was no Aircon nor a Fridge in the room. The hotel did supply 2 fans on request but with a large picture window and the sun beating down on a hot June day, the heat...

This was a business trip, the hotel was booked by my client. While the room was very clean, amenities were rather poor. A tiny kettle was provided that literally had to be plugged in under the desk on the floor! No bar fridge is provided making it rather annoying if you return late at night and want something refreshing to...
