I stayed there for a weekend with my parents. The place doesn't have an elevator and my mom had a problem of going up to the third floor by stairs. Shouldn't stay there if you have even minor mobility problems. The room itself was incredibly small, it looked like carved out from a bigger one next door. There was not...

The staff were really friendly, the communal area was pretty decent with facilities to make a few bits to eat. The room was pretty small for 3 people and just had enough room for the beds, it also got pretty stuffy in there because it was very enclosed and the window opened out onto a wall. The area is only...

Me and my boyfriend recently spent a week in room 16. The room: Small, dirty, needs painted desperately, uncomfortable bed with sheets far too small, TV doesn't work, guttering outside leaks all night. The toilet/shower: Dirty, smelly, noisy as our room was right next door. The common room: The only thing that made this hostel nice, an area to make...

The hostel is expensive, far from the main square, the service is poor, the internet doesn't work properly and the prices are high comparing to other ones nearer to the square. The girl in the reception is quite rude sometimes.

Very cheap and clean place. Great location with very friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend this hostel to anyone. Tram 18 stops right outside and not too far from Planty and the Main Market Square.

Good location, just 10 minutes walk to the old town square. We stayed in a double room and furniture was quite like in a hotel, very comfortable and with good heating. Bad thing: the bed linen was so small! Like for an individual bed, not enough for covering two people. Toilet and shower are outside and shared but they didn't...

Place, less than 5 minutes walking to the old city, very helpful service, cleanning at the last small corner, low price. They had even hair dryer totally for free (not like other hostels where you pay even for the smallest thing. Freshly painted.

Firstly this hotel is excellent value for money! We stayed in July and got a private double room for £20 a night. The beds were comfy, the rooms were clean and so was the bathroom. It was also very quiet for peak season so we got a good night's sleep. The staff were so friendly and the girl on reception...

If you are looking for a cheap place to stay in Krakow with a good location, this is for you. Dont expect any luxury. Place is a bit run down but is historic nevertheless. Shared bathroom and toilet is cleaned daily. The reception staff are amazing. Always smiling and helpfull :)

It is a nice hostel with a friendly staff. The hostel is very close to the Old town and the train station. 2 private rooms share one bathroom which is clean. But the wifi signal is very weak on the top floor where the private rooms are. In its neighborhood there is a nice pizzeria (Rudola Restaurant).
