We were on a long weekend from the UK. We nearly always stay in 5 star albeit that doesn't always guarantee high-end. The Stary was a very stylish hotel - a modern, clean, high-end hotel with a cool post-Communist styling. We had a junior suite which was spacious & well appointed. Extended check out was easily arranged. The location is...

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Hotel Stary. The food (we only had breakfast), staff and quality of the room were all well above expectations and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others - and indeed we would wish to stay there again in the future. We felt that the hotel offers very good value for money,...

We really enjoyed this hotel. The location is terrific, right off the main square and near everything. The staff were great. I even left an iPad behind in the taxi to the airport and they are getting it back to me. So Happy. The restaurant is very lovely, high-end, great food and not too expensive. The spa was great. The...

You will be persuaded to stay here by the lovely photos of the hotel and it's rooms. Please be warned, the minimalist, chic effect is also spartan and unwelcoming. Room 113 is a prime example. It's located near the lift on the first floor. It's both huge and empty with an enormous space in the middle taken up by a...

Definitely recommend staying here. The place has a lot of character. The owners have gone through great pains to preserve the historical nature of the building while making it modern at the same time. My room was in the new section of the hotel (219), and the room itself (plus the bathroom) is huge! especially for Europe. High ceilings, beautiful...

Everything was brilliant. Friendly and knowledgable staff, clean and stylish room, stunning pool area / spa. The staff helped us organise trips - nothing was a hassle for them. The Negronis in the bar are well worth a pre dinner drink or night cap. Location is great too - just off the main square but no noise in the rooms.

Perfect location right next to market square. Beautiful room 101.. standard room i believe. Very spacious with beautiful bathroom and jacuzzi bath. A slash of modern with traditional decor. Had coffee delivered every morning and only took 2 mins to arrive. 5 mornings and 8 coffees later the bill was only 37 zlotys. Absolute bargain. That's 8 pounds.. The spa...

Booked this hotel for a short trip away with my friend. The staff are very friendly and will do whatever they can to fulfill your needs. The hotel is literally right on the main square so very close to many restaurants and bars, however you cannot hear much noise at night. The rooms are amazing. Very large and the bathroom...

My husband and I took a little get away and stayed in a junior suite here (Room 418). The hotel itself is lovely, the breakfast delicious (included since we booked direct with the hotel) and the pool/spa area very nice. Our Room- The room was brilliant- huge bed, on the firmer side but that’s what we prefer; large double bath...
