Stayed here for 4 nights. Had booked room with view of Waterloo castle but instead got view of a wall. Asked to be moved and took some persuading. Room had two single beds that couldn't be pushed together. Breakfast was terrible. Two rolls left on the first morning and a very blue moulded orange. No one comes near you so...

Rooms are basic and need some updating. Some of the lights didn't work in the room, although reported only lamp was fixed. Matress on one bed was bent which meant my husband had to turn it round so he feet were elevated on one side rather than head. Breakfast was lovely and excellent view of the river. Evening food in...

First impression of the hotel was a small but nice and clean reception area. We arrived after a twenty minute walk from the square. We were allocated room number 18 on the third floor. We could find all rooms except 18 then realised the 'one' was missing from the door so it looked like number 8. My first stop was...

This hotel was great . Great views and fantastic staff. We had no problems from start to finish . Everything was clean & well presented. Rooms were a good size . Nothing was too much bother for the staff . They arranged tours & taxis for us . Just outside the city centre but this means it is quieter at...

Stayed here one night and I chose it because of the view, I was not disappointed. I have never stayed in a hotel with such an amazing view. My room overlooked the river and the Wawel castle. The glass doors open up and your room will feel like you're standing on a balcony. It is very peaceful here as the...

Lovely hotel, paid extra for view of Wavel Castle. Hotel in good position on the other side of the river. It only took about ten minutes to walk across bridge to reach the castle and town so in a good position. Breakfast could of been better as only continental but this is down to taste. Going in Feb there were...

Have just returned from 3 nights at the lovely Poleski Hotel. The view from our room (17) was stunning - straight across the river to the Wawel Castle. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful (and all spoke wonderful English) . The rooms were spacious and slightly dated but beds were very...
