First, I am pretty easy and look for the good. I probably had one of the smaller rooms where the bathroom certainly didn't break any records for size. As a matter of fact, my legs would go under the vanity when sitting on the toilet as they were so close together. That being said, great bed, slept really well. Internet...

First of all this is not a four star hotel two at best. We checked in went to our room. The room we paid for in the pictures looked completely different to the one we got. It was a hovel. They tried to rectify this by offering a smaller hovel. The receptionist I could liken to Cruella De Ville. She...

Beautiful, classy hotel! There was a mix up and we arrived earlier than the check in time and they accommodated us with another room which was an upgrade! This was such a blessing because we had our two small children so the extra room was wonderful. Superb customer service, helpful for last-minute tour arrangement, excellent bar with talented bar tender...

Absolutely loved this hotel, perfect location, ten minutes walk to Schindlers factory. The room was beautiful, very clean, loved the lights on the floor in the bathroom. Didn't have food here but overheard people said it was very good. Would definitely recommend.

Having read through the reviews on Trip Adviser I decided to book the Rubenstein for a 3 night break for myself and my partner...so pleased that I did! The stay from beginning to end was great. The location in the heart of the Jewish Quarter was ideal, with the old town and main square being only a 10 or 15...

We were recommended to stay here, and I am so glad we did. it is in such a peaceful location, Kazimierz, Service was fantastic, rooms well appointed and spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Breakfast was included and was presented in the Bar a great selection for a continental breakfast. Would certainly stay here again rather than the hustle and bustle...

A lovely area, the Jewish quarter is an un-spoilt step back in time, little bars on your door step. Close enough for a quick walk to the main square. We up-graded out room and it was exceptional. Hotel luxury with a fab restaurant.

The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful spots of Krakow we have seen there. It is very calm and in te Jewish quarter. The hotel is very cosy, clean and beautiful.
