The ladies and the boy that work there are nice... More

I stayed here back in 2013 when it was awful and somehow ended up here again. Nothing has changed, in fact I don't think it's even been cleaned in the last 3 years. There was no hot water one morning, the heating didn't work, the maid service was a joke (the mouse droppings on the 'bathroom' floor stayed throughout). The... More

I used to live in Cracow for 12 years before moving to London 8 years ago , since when I try to visit this breathtaking town at least 3 times a year and stay in different places. I booked a double room at Dom Casimi in April as the price of the room and the location were tempting. I also... More

We stayed for 5 night and very lucky to receive a great room, the biggest that they had. There were some minor problems closing the window as it turned quite cold last nights. Also in the bathroom but these issues were fixed after a day or two. The beds are old and need to be changed, perhaps not an issue... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in September. Rooms are quite old fashioned but fine, and clean. Staff are polite and friendly. Only problem we really had was checking out, it says the desk is 24 hours but no one was there when we had to leave for our flight at 4am, had to unlock the doors ourselves and ditch... More

We enjoyed our stay in Dom Casimi. The location in the Kazimierz (old Jewish Quarter) was great, on a nice square but near a tram stop. There are a lot of good restaurants in the neighborhood. The rooms are aging a bit, but good enough, and a reasonable price for Krakow. Staff service and breakfast was good.

We liked this place. It was nice. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The rooms were charming, high ceilings and old fashioned decor. Rooms look out over a pleasant square. Bathrooms were small but perfectly usable. Everything was clean and in good condition. Good wifi. For a budget hotel in this price bracket it's a really decent place. I would... More
