The reception staff are some of the most cheerful people you will ever meet. They love their job and it shows in everything they say and do. Their cheerfulness is infectious so the moment you check in, you are not sure why but you are already having a good time. The rooms are good value for money. I confess that...

For the price I paid (£30 ish) per night I can't fault this place when compared against what I would get elsewhere for the same money. It's stylishly decorated and very clean. The bedroom area was a tad on the small side but there was a separate lounge bit with sofa and tv which made up for that. Freshly decorated...

Don't really review until I leave but I can't fault this place , reception staff are so helpful and friendly and have made us feel so welcome, the restaurant attached makes the best dumplings and the service is good and make sure you are taken care off , I would recommend this place as base as its is near to...

Staff are extremely helpful, they booked us for our two tours to Auschwitz and the Salt Mines. Rooms are decent regarding size and cleanliness and as far as I am aware, they are all decorated differently. Only criticism I would give is that it can be noisy sometimes, but I wouldn't let that stop you from staying.

After placing a reservation I got in touch with the hotel to confirm our booking and let them know it was for a special occasion. We arrived in Krakow and made our way from the airport via the train and then headed...

This little hotel is located in the kazimierza in krakaw. I think it is very nice and in good location. At least I would consider this hotel if I would come here again. But be warned there's no elevator and you do hear it is in the party zone if you have room at the street.

This small boutique hotel is over-rated and over-priced, although it is a nice place to stay for various reasons. The hotel is very pretty with lovely balconies and nicely furnished rooms. The location in the heart of Kasimiersz, the Jewish part of Krakow, is excellent. The immediate vicinity has dozens of cafes, restaurants, eateries, entertainment spots, very interesting architecture and...

Beautiful little hotel, right in the middle of The Jewish District, we stayed in room 4, small but cozy and clean. Many bars, restaurants and coffee shops all around. Loved the area and the hotel and will definitely return. Tip - we e-mailed hotel after booking and they replied with pictures of available rooms and let us choose which one...
