Stayed here for two nights last month and would never go back.Someone previously described it as the hotel from the shining, they were right! I was waiting for a young kid to ride his bike down the dimly lit corridors, this hotel needs a total refurb. In its favour, the location is good and the bedding clean, but my advice would be to spend...

Very good location - 10 minutes walk from Rynek square and 5 minutes from main train station. Everything in that hotel is not excellent but really good. I'd say, it definitely fit the money you paid for that hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, speaks English. Breakfasts were good enough but they could be more various.

It's an old and enormous building, but rooms are very clean and big enough. Beds are quite big too. Staff was very kind and friendly. Just a little critic about the lift doors as i think they are not safe at all.

The reception was unfriendly and slightly rude to me. The room that was booked looked totally different to the photos from the hotel. The room was shabby, dirty, stink and with flies. In additional, the sink was clogged that was the real reason for me to complain. I don't speak polish and am not perfect in english but still I can...

I can see why this hotel is getting such mixed reviews... First, let me say upfront: the photos the hotel management has released are pure fiction. I have no idea which hotel is shown, but it's not the Hotel Polonia. The hotel in the photos is bright and cheery and the reception area is large and well-lit. Ummm. The real...

Walking distance from train/ bus stations. Few minutes walk from the main pedestrian street that led to the old town. Decent topical 2* room...very big... very clean. Breakfast served in the restaurant next door - fantastic: varied selection of hot and cold food, etc. Tasty!!! Excellent value for money.

No Frills Hotel. 6 of us visited in November 2012. The Hotel was clean and very Warm which was welcomed. Authentic Polish styled Hotel very close to the main Square also Train Station in Krackow. The Hotel does shake with the trams but in a funny way adds to the charm. Why stay in a large hotel chain, you could...
