Waiters are horrible. We ordered drinks and lunch and waited over 30 minutes and still were not served. We left and headed across the square. Our waiter only spoke German not polish or English so it was difficult to interact. If I could rate this no stars I would!

Right on spot in the Old Town! Charming, but the "superior" Ladies in the breakfast-room could be more happy with their work..... All in all, you don`t visit this city for being at the hotel 24 hours!

I've spent weekend with family here and not sure if this hotel should ever get 4 stars. Room was not very clean, service not very friendly. Poor selection of food on breakfast which is served in 2 separate rooms and there is difference what you can get in each of them. The only positive is location as this is in... More

What a find, a small friendly hotel, great location right off the old town historic centre, Rooms excellent, service and staff great, one minute walk around the corner to the centre, small supermarket across the road. Restaurants and attractions all within walking distance. Wifi is excellent, breakfast was good

We chose this hotel as we wanted something a bit unusual and not the chain hotels for this visit. The location is great. It could not have been better located right in the Old Town very close to the Town Hall. There is limited parking which is great but be sure to pre book. The hotel itself fell a long... More

The hotel is nice. Very old historical building. The rooms are big and clean. Free wifi is available. Breakfast is good and fresh. The hotel location is great, exactly lies in the middle of Wroclaw. The main square is nearby.

Location great. Very clean bathroom. Not too comfy bed. Could hear all noises from the corridor in our room. No toiletries, apart from bottle of gel/shampoo. Breakfast ok. No minibar in the room. Wine glasses were locked just for decoration purpose only. Wouldn't give 4 starts.

We stayed here and dined here. All staff very attentive. Rooms nice and spacious. Breakfast ok. Great location right in the old town square. A little old fashioned but we like this so it's a plus for us.

Right on the square Fairly good price Dated but comfy Nice staff Quick check in and out Good shower and breakfast Great free wifi Good price although better prices in Kraków Wroclaw popular with stag party's due to cheap flights and beer Little else got them though except rip off strip clubs The police also fine them on the spot... This old place has its charm. It's one minute from the main tourist centre at Rynek square and walkable to all other locations. It's down a small alleyway off the Kiełbaśnicza where it sits opposite the supercool Pesky Film pub with its downstairs vaults. Back at the hotel there's lots of wood panelling, ageing furniture, clean bedrooms but with unforgiving... More

Thank you for your opinion. As for the breakfast- we prepare the hot dishes as guests ask for them. The menu is on each table, we are sorry you did not see it. More
