We had a double room which was located in the building just across the street from the hotel reception and restaurant building. The hotel is old and has a very special "feeling of old times". All the furniture, curtains etc. look antique. However, the bathroom is totally modern. We had a huge living room, a large bedroom with air conditioning... More

I have not stayed at the hotel, just visited its restaurant. It wants to be a good one, but is just average in terms of food quality and the service, while the prices are quite high. I cannot recommend it, because the food taste was far below expectations. There are much better options at the same price level in the... More

We have stayed with friends in two suites for two nights in May mid week. Our suite was across the street from the hotel and was... enormous. It resembled very spacious 2 bedroom flat with kitchen and modern bathroom. For those who like the bath - please note there is only shower cabin available. Sofas were a bit dated but... More

The hotel is well situated in the heart of old town. Close by are all amenities, cafés, night clubs, shopping. The hotel is clean and has a very gothic feel to the building. Rooms are clean and the staff was very helpful. The shower however was a little bit wild. Just the way the door was set up and shower... More

We stayed here in October 2014 in the annex across from the main hotel. The rooms were huge and the bathroom too. Clean and comfortable. Staff were fab. The hotel is slap bang in the middle of the town and was a little noisy during early hours of the morning if you left the windows open. Breakfast...not the best, but... More

Our tour group stayed for two nights at this hotel in the city centre, and I was given a very comfortable and clean room in the “White Building”, the hotel’s annex across the street. Although I didn’t see into rooms in the ‘main building’, it was my impression from what others said, that the rooms in the annex were better... More

Stayed here for a wedding and it was everything we needed. Location is bang in heart of the wonderful Torun town centre. Staff were incredibly accommodating. Rooms were huge and we had a nice view of the bustling streets below. We felt at home here and would highly recommend.

Enjoyed the willingness to take care of special requests. The breakfast buffet was good, with fresh fruits, cheese, cereal, eggs, sausage and bread. After 3 days of this, my 4th morning I just really wanted an omelet. The chef prepared a massive omelet for me, no problem. Also, laundry service (while expensive), was done perfectly. The rooms really are fantastic,... More

Great location, very close to the Old Town square with out being in it and the middle and the noise. Classic Old world charm, great place to unwind after a day on the move. Restaurant is very good serving traditional Polish food, they even have a small cocktail bar so you don't have to wander in the evening if your... More
