Hotel is situated alongside the Hilton and JM Tower. Quite central, but a decent walk from the Old Town, or any tourist places. Room was spacious. Wasn't cleaned during our stay, but that doesn't bother me so much (no-one going through your things).
We stayed in this apart hotel for two nights in the beginning of december, and I can safely say that it corresponds to all my expectations. The hotel offers a great value for money (U$50/night through expedia), specially when you consider the huge size of...More
I opted for a corner apartment which ended up being on the 14th floor looking over Warsaw. The complex has a casino, restaurants (including the excellent La Vinotech)
Check in was quick and simple and then to get such a beutiful apartment for the money...More
l have chosen to Stay in Platinum Residence instead of a normal hotel as it looks like a good budget friendly idea. The residence is a condo rental service, which is a tiny bit cheaper than hotel and offers more spacious rooms.

If you want to have a comfortable trip we advise you to take a taxi, which costs you around 150 PLN

The towers has several hosts, Usually I stayed at the "Platinum Residence" (they also own the 24H reception) but there are other businesses that provide apartments there (like "Vision Apartments", "Chopin apartments" etc.), I'm almost positive that all of them provide basic things like towels, but the safe way is to contact them by mail/phone first and to make sure,
Also - most apartments above 13th floor does not have a balcony (most of the apartments below that floor, including the small ones, HAVE a balcony), so again - if it is important for you - you can contact your host and ask for an apartment with/without a balcony, usually each host owns several different apartments and can give you the apartment you prefer.
Specifically - if your host is "Platinum Residence" they provide you with towels, they have a 24H reception at site and they have the best costumer-service.
